IGASI liquid ring vacuum pumps are designed to operate safely, cleanly and continuously in all types of environments with minimal maintenance. Principle of operation The sealing liquid forms a ring inside the pump body as the shaft-rotor assembly rotates. While this movement occurs along with the sealing liquid, small chambers are created in which the air or gas is trapped. The rotor is in an eccentric position relative to the body, which causes compression of the air or gas. Normally the heat generated by compression is dissipated in the sealing liquid, which causes the pump to work at a constant temperature. Characteristics of liquid ring vacuum pumps They allow the entrainment of substances: soft solids, humidity or chemical substances, which do not affect the pump. These impurities will be removed through the pump outlet. Cool and silent operation: the pump runs cold thanks to the circulation of water inside. The pump is relatively silent, it does not exceed the level of 85 dBA, as long as the entire installation is correctly designed. Constant operation at any vacuum level: The pump can operate constantly and continuously at any vacuum range. The pumps are robust and have a single moving part, the rotor, which is mounted on a shaft supported by a set of bearings designed to guarantee a long useful life in continuous operation, which generates simple maintenance. Environmental friendliness: pumps do not require oil changes, filters, pans, condensers, etc. The rooms are kept clean, free of oil contamination and do not require drains. IGASI BV liquid ring vacuum pumps are pumps that have a large suction capacity and provide great performance and efficiency superior to other pump models. IGASI BV MODELS
